The stable version of the ILP for MP distance, which is exactly the
same as the ILP described in the article, can be found in the folder
'v1_stable'.

The folder 'beta' contains ongoing attempts to speed up the ILP 
slightly with some tweaks and suchlike. The code in here should be 
correct, but has not been fully tested, so use at your own risk!
